Business Development Director

    Key responsibilities:

• As the team leader to drive Insurer Services growth strategy
• Own and achieve revenue and gross margin targets of Insurer Services to contribute to 10Life Group’s financial goals
• Build, manage and maintain strong existing and new insurance company relationships; including identifying sales opportunities, developing sales proposals, closing business deals, tracking execution, and ensuring timely delivery of outstanding services
• Support the development of 10Life service offerings including but not limited to research, product design, and marketing for insurance companies
• Provide timely reports to Management regarding performance, sales activity, account management and business development strategy
• Lead and grow the 10Life Insurer Services team

    Key attributes:

• Over 10 years business development experience in creative and advertising agencies
• Strong strategic thinking with proactiveness to drive the commercial target
• Can-do attitude and entrepreneurship mindset
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Strong communication skills (proficient in written and spoken English/Chinese, Mandarin a plus)
• Excellent negotiating and presentation skills
