Business Development Specialist

Responsibility

• Support Proposal Development: Aid in crafting compelling proposals and presentations alongside the Business Development Manager
• Manage Project Status: Tack the status of projects and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Prepare Contract: Handle contract preparation, renewals, and track payments
• Track Campaign Performance: Analyse data to drive strategic sales decisions
• Collaborate with other functions: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
• Experience: At least one year in a similar role
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent presentation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office
• Traits: Team-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn
• Languages: Fluent in both Chinese and English
