Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across a range of platforms including but not limited to Meta, Google and Yahoo. The goal is to meet or exceed company KPIs through effective use of display and search keyword advertising.
- Optimize ad placements and messages to enhance campaign cost efficiency. Provide recommendations to onsite user experience improvements to both internal teams and external partners.
- Engage with the editorial team to propose new content ideas aimed at boosting digital exposure through SEO and trending social platform topics.
- Work closely with the analytics and IT departments to ensure accurate data tracking, performance reporting and optimization of UX/UI.
- Keep abreast of the latest in advertising technology to foster innovation and maintain competitive edge.
- Regularly monitor and analyse advertising performance using key metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to meet agreed objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing agencies, with hands on experience of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads).
- Knowledges of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Baidu, WeChat and programmatic advertising are preferred.
- Data-driven, positive-thinking, good business sense with analytical abilities and presentation skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree holder, Marketing, Advertising or Business Management or relevant field is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus.
- Passionate about fintech startup and platform business model.
- Candidate with more experiences may considered to be senior specialist or assistant manage.
